This Bai Mu Dan or "White Peony" is sourced from farmers in the Taimu mountain region in Fuding, China and processed in the traditional, sun-dried way. Made from the unopened, silvery buds and the small top leaves, it is picked in spring and gently withered to yield a refreshing, easy-drinking tea full of soft fruit flavors and melon notes with a lingering, sweet aftertaste.
